Kaddas Kare

A Premium Level of Service, Reimagined for Infrastructure. Inspired by Natalie’s own experiences, we take a page from the Ritz-Carlton customer service playbook: treat people like more than just clients—treat them like guests. Their concerns are our concerns. Their goals are our goals. And even if it’s not “our job,” we’ll find a way to get it done.

This mentality extends to everyone we work with, from boardrooms to job sites. It’s how we bring the best out of your team, align stakeholders, and move projects forward with less friction and more momentum.

Community impact

We make a difference in everything we touch

Our size fuels agility, cutting bureaucracy, solving smarter, and delivering cross-discipline energy solutions.

I&C is different

Yes, we’re the first group to offer a truly full-service management solution for power infrastructure projects. But what really sets us apart is our approach:

We combine white-glove service with a No BS attitude.

We align teams, bridge gaps between stakeholders, and create a culture of transparency and trust. The result? Projects that move forward with clarity, confidence, and better outcomes for everyone involved.
